GRAPE SPLASH IRIS KIT, NO. 138LGS

This beautiful Iris pattern is hand made in Romanian Point Lace technique. It is sold as a kit and each kit contains:  Lizbeth thread No.165 Grape Splash, size 20 for simple braids and needle stitches on the Iris flower and Lizbeth No.714 Seacrest Green, size 20 for simple braids for the 2 leaves; Puppets thread Orange, size 16 for needle lace stitches; Lizbeth No.643 for needle lace stitches on the flower; Valdani Pearl Cotton thread M26, size 12 for needle lace stitches on the leaves; reusable fabric pattern; one sharp pointed needle and sewing coloured thread for basting down the braids; one tapestry needle size 24 for needle lace stitches; easy-to-follow step-by-step coloured illustrated instructions and the picture of the finished pattern. A steel crochet hook(hk) 1.15-1.25mm(10-9 steel U.S.A.) is required(not included in the kit). The finished size of the iris pattern is 7.25" x 4.5"(18.5cm x 11.5cm). This pattern can be framed or can be used as an application on a garment.
