WHITE FLAMINGO KIT, No. 163LCW

This beautiful Flamingo is handmade in Romanian Point Lace technique. It is sold as a kit and each kit contains: Lizbeth cotton threads White, size 20 for simple and double crochet braids, and for needle lace stitches, and size 40 for some of the decorative filling stitches, Ecru thread size 30 for the ring on the eye and for the bridge that marks the opening/closing of the beak; reusable fabric pattern; sewing colored thread and one sharp pointed needle for basting down the braids; one tapestry needle size 24 for needle lace stitches and easy-to-follow, step-by-step illustrated instructions. A steel crochet hook(hk) 1.15-.25mm(10-9 steel U.S.A.) is required(not included in the kit). The finished size of the Flamingo is 14" x 6.5"(35cm x 16.5cm).
